By submitting this Application Form you confirm that you are requesting to be listed in the HMC's School Leaders' Directory until 28th February 2025 at the cost of your chosen Directory Package and on the HMC School Leaders' Directory Terms & Conditions (which, together with this Application Form, will form your agreement with HMC for and in connection with the School Leaders' Directory if your application is accepted). An invoice will be provided on acceptance by HMC of your application and, if accepted, your entry in the School Leaders' Directory will commence when your payment is received in full (and in cleared funds) by HMC.
